Before working with Tara, I was confused and frustrated on what to do career-wise.  She has been an amazing sounding board and has helped me figure out what type of work I would actually enjoy doing and has helped build my confidence to know that I can do it and that it does not have to be all or nothing. I am now pursuing a birthday party event planning business while remaining at my job at a 50% effort.

 

My whole experience with working with Tara has been incredible. Tara is a really sweet, genuine person that truly understands the obstacles that a working mom faces with trying to navigate finding the right career while allowing a person to continue to have time for their family. She is professional, organized and super responsive, which are attributes that I think are what people are looking for from a career coach.
